Other cookies “survive” when the browser is closed and are available in the user’s subsequent visits. These cookies are called persistent and their duration is fixed by the server when they are created. In some cases, a deadline is fixed, in others, the duration is indefinite. However, when navigating on, you may interact with sites managed by third parties which may create or modify permanent cookies.

Third-party cookies When visiting a website, you may receive cookies both from the site visited (“proprietary cookies”), and from sites managed by other organisations (“third-party cookies”).

Google Analytics also includes some components sent by Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). These are also third-party cookies collected and managed anonymously to monitor and improve the performance of the guest site (performance cookies).

Google Analytics uses “cookies” to collect and analyse anonymous information on how the site is used (the user’s IP address is anonymised using the procedure made available by Google This information is collected by Google Analytics, which then processes it to prepare a report for the operators of Suite 1212 regarding activity on their websites. This site does not use (and does not allow third parties to use) Google analysis tools to monitor or collect personal identification information. Managing cookies A user can decide whether or not to accept cookies by using the settings in his or her browser.

Third-party websites and services Our site may contain links to other websites which have their own privacy policy (for example Facebook) which may be different from the policy adopted by and therefore we are not responsible for these sites.

Other cookies/unexpected cookies Given how the Internet and websites work, we are not always able to control the cookies that are stored by third parties through our website.
